Monday Again

Hello, here we are Monday again and only 2 more weeks left of March!
Crazy huh?

I've had a good start to the week. I was up early to get ready for work before heading to my 7am Bikram class. Such an amazing way to start the day : )

Class 21 complete I went to work with a tummy hungry for breakfast. I had a homemade smoothie/juice and a snack plate with 1 small apple chopped, 4 prunes and some almonds.

This was really filling and kept my tum happy till lunch. We were busy bees in the shop which makes a change, our spring sale started so we had to change all the tickets and sign round the shop.

I had this yummy teapigs tea whilst we were sorting, I really like the flavor plus it help keep my hunger at bay me thinks : )

For lunch I had the last of my falafels with salad and hummus + 3 unpictured rice cakes.

After lunch I had another teapigs this time lemon grass.

OMG this was amazing the taste was lovely : )

After work I had a back appointment she clicked and massaged me back to place. After a little squealing it was all good and I feel much better!

I was real hungry when I got in and wanted something quick. I steamed some veggies then mixed with a can of tuna and a little curry (Lloyd Grossman) sauce. This hit the spot, I also had some chopped pineapple with a little coconut sauce for afters.

I have another early class to get to tomorrow so I am gonna chillax before sleepy time, night x

Question:

Do you used pre-made sauces?

I use them quite a lot to be honest. I only use vegan sauces and the ingredients have tp be all natural with no modified baddies. Plus if it contains sugar it has to be one of the last ingredients which means the contents is pretty low : )

  2. I don't tend to use pre made sauces, more for the cost than anything else! I just get a plain tomato passata and add italian herbs or curry powder depending on what I'm after works pretty well! Plus James likes them which is a bonus!

    1. I do that too, if I do use a sauce I try to make it last for 2/3 meals x

  3. I hardly ever use premade sauces..but I guess that's due to me being really relly picky and being intolerant to quite a few items= almost impossible to find a premade sauce I'm gonna be happy with.

  5. I always buy pesto (although it is so hard to find even vegetarian ones a lot of the time)- I got some lovely stuff by Zest or something- it is so tasty (and vegan too). I have made pesto a few times, and it is hit and miss. But for the most part I used chopped tomatoes and add the herbs/ spices that I like.
I didn't know Teapigs did lemongrass tea. I had some lovely lemongrass and vanilla tea from Storm teas which was amazing- must try that version too I think.

I use ready-made sauces occasionally, and like you I only buy the all-natural, vegan ones. x
