What a fabulous Saturday, the sun has been shining and its been super warm which means smiles all round, right? It definitely has this side of the screen my day has been great but before I get to that I want to share with you last nights dinner........
OMG this was so good! Steamed veggies with homemade chips roasted with onions in hemp oil so so SO GOOD!Saturday
I had a 7.30am client today followed by my 9am Bikram class so I made a juice before heading off which set me up nicely. My class was great but my back was definitely a little tender after my treatment yesterday so I have decided to do my double on Tuesday. Tuesday is the last day I can without breaking the challenge rules! I had another client after yoga then home to have lunch......
I had a giant smoothie for lunch then headed into town to meet my friend Tara for an afternoon coffee in the sun. We got our lattes to take away grab a seat in the sun and had a god old gossip! Then we had a little browse round the shops.......
My All Star cherry has been popped, finally I have myself a pair after years of wanting some!
I went for classic black and white : )I expect you want an explanation on the blog title well, ages ago I arranged a cookie exchange and lots of you guys took part and it was a fab success which is why I am going to host another! There has been a few bloggy exchanges over the past few months which I haven't been able to take part in for one reason or another so I thought I would host my own which means I can definitely take part!
