Out With The PB!

Good evening, I hope you've all had a good day?
Before I get to the food I will share my.......

February Photo Of The day

Day 2. Words

This is a vintage postcard given to me by my sister : )

My Thursday started early with a 7am Bikram class then to the shop for breakfast!

Cornflakes topped with a small banana, handful of blueberries and seeds.

It was another quiet day, I did manage to make the only sale so far this week though : )

For lunch I had quinoa mixed with basil pesto, pepper, cucumber and 2 boiled eggs

I had the rest of my blueberries topped with soy yogurt and seeds a little later

This how busy my afternoon was, I had plenty of time to drool over Mr Beckham in the new H&M adds : )

After work I went to the 6pm Bikram class! Getting them in before the weekend as I'll be in Hastings with no heat to play with : (

I had a delicious juice when I got in

And some ryvitas with tahini and cinnamon

There was also some undocumented PB eaten. I am now adding an extra goal to my
February list no.3 is going to be NO Peanut Butter! I cannot trust myself around it so its out people its OUT! Tahini is staying though : )

Ok that's me, fingers crossed the shop is busier tomorrow! I have a sports massage tomorrow lunch for a niggle at the bottom of my back so looking forward to some pleasure pain!

Question:

Are you a peanut butter addict?!

I'm looking forward to my juice detox to get this addiction out of my system!

  2. You don't eat much anyway, so I don't think the extra PB will do any damage.

I know what you mean though - never, ever buy Sunbutter unless you have willpower of steel. PB is bad enough, but that stuff is distressingly addictive.
