March Goals + Sponsorship

I completely forgot this is the last time I will post on this day for 4 years! That is ages away I wonder if I shall be here still waffling about the goings on in my life I do hope so!

Day 29. something your listening to - the dreaded work tapes!

I am here to do a hurried post as I shall be heading off for my 7.30pm Bikram class soon, but I wanted to get this post in : )

My day started with hot water and lemon followed by a giant banana, berry and spinach protein smoothie so good! In the mix: mixed frozen berries, banana, soy yogurt, loads of spinach, baobab powder, vanilla sun warrior, vanilla stevia and a little coconut butter!

I worked at the shop today and took a healthy lunch (as always!) with me. Homemade soup with rice cakes followed by a food doctors fig and mango bar. I have to say I didn't really like this bar way to sweet for me

Back home all I really want before yoga is a juice so I made a power beast to guzzle and
fill me up, this pretty beet went into the mix : )

February Goals

I did well these! I completed my Juice Diet, got back to the gym 9 times which is 2 more than planned and didn't touch the peanut butter jar so I completed them all so I am very pleased indeed!

March Goals

1. Start another Bikram Challenge - I have already started this and have as yet not planned the finish more on this in my next post!

2. Eat no chocolate until Easter Sunday - yep no chocolate until I get my chocolate egg!

3. Try to get to the gym 2 x week - I think this is manageable along with my yoga challenge.

  3. Ha I had soup for lunch as well..I think your goals sound SMART (Specific, Manageable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) so good luck with all of them. My goal is not to go to cray cray in the gym now that I have been allowed in

  6. Gosh you're so good with your goals! I feel like I already have too much on my hands.. Maybe a goal should be to slow down a bit?

    ps do you already have your vitality show ticket? I still need to get it!
