Wonderful Sunday + Day 15

Good Evening, Happy Monday!!
Well I hope its a happy Monday, I know its the beginning of another work week but that doesn't mean it has to be bad right? I've had a good day it started with a 7am Bikram class which was session 15, half way people!!!!! Then I spent the day in Hastings training clients before heading back home. The food I'm showing you today is from yesterday because 1. I didn't blog yesterday and 2. the pictures are pretty!

Sunday

Sunday was a good day with great food!

It started with a plate of yummy yoga fuel, banana and apple with tahini and cinnamon.
Bikram session 14 was all good and a great start to my Sunday : )

After yoga I went to train a client and for some post workout fuel I ate a nakd bar

Home for lunch I got Dale up and we had some coriander quinoa, falafels, thai sauce and organic leaves, this was really REALLY good!

After lunch me and the boy went for a walk. It was such a beautiful day and even though it was freezing the sun was shining which would have been a shame to miss.

So after a hot drink stop off, no not coffee!
Chai tea, yep it has sugar but it wasn't coffee so I let myself off! We ended up walking to Brighton marina and back which was about 3hrs of trekking along the seafront!

When we got in a was starving, enter a bowl of apple, soy yogurt and seeds!

I made a yummy soup for our dinner which I dipped rice cakes with a little tahini in : )

I am so busy at the moment but hopefully I shall be sharing some fun and exciting things with you this week, I promise!

But for now I have about 10 emails to get sent so night night x x

Question:

What do you dip in soup?

Rice cakes or veggies for me : )

  1. Gosh I think it's amazing you're doing the 30 day challenge! Bikram might not be my favourite style of yoga but I've been thinking about doing the challenge as well.. Simply because I love challenges that make you step out of your comfort zone. Plus I bet the feeling of finishing it would be so amazing - like after a very long marathon. :)
