Dinner for Breakfast?

Good evening peeps I hope everyone is getting excited for the big weekend ahead?!
I'm really looking forward to seeing some old friends and hanging with the family. Its gonna be a good weekend for sure : )

But before we go all festive lets talk about today! I'm feeling a lot better, I think this might be down to the 2 Bikram classes I did today!!!!!

7am was my first Bikram class of the day and it was ok. I'm always that bit stiffer in the morning but its a fabulous way to start the day. After class i came home to eat breakfast........

WOW!!!!
Breakfast was SO SO good this morning, I wanted a protein punch so decided an omlette was the way ahead! I had a mushroom and onion omlette with kale and carrots on the side, yep dinner for breakfast : )

This filled my belly for ages and as I started work at 12.30 in the shop today I had to wait a while for lunch, I did have an unpictured nakd bar to hold me over till lunch at 2.30......

For lunch I had veggies and quorn in a tomato and olive pesto

The shop was dead and very boring hence the "I'm bored" photo!

I also started photographing random favorite fabrics, it was really dead! In the afternoon I ate an apple and a rice cake with peanut butter as yoga fuel for my second Bikram class!

Yep after work I went to Bikram class no.2! It was a good class and I was so much more flexible. I am planning on doing a yoga challenge in January but I will be doing post on that at the end of the month : )

Home and as always hungry I had a big bowl of steamed veggies topped with tuna mayo and red onion. This was tasty : )

Followed by some apples cooked in a little coconut oil and topped with coconut flour mixed with water. Oooooooooo this was delicious!

I will be saying goodbye till Thursday as tomorrow straight after work I am going on our staff meal. I am really excited as we are going to a place called Bills which makes all their food from fresh and organic produce. Don't worry I'll get some snaps to show ya : )

Have a fab hump day lovelies x x x

Question:

Where did you/are you going for your Christmas meal?

Our company don't actually arrange anything or pay for any Christmas do but I thought it would be nice to go for a meal as there is only 4 of us and we get on so well they really are fab colleagues and I am looking forward to spending an evening with them, chin chin!
