Feeling Down : (

Good evening, the weekend has again come to an end and another week is upon us I hope this one will be better than the last! I had an alright week but I've been feeling kind of down so I'm going to lay on the table and tell you why I am down...........

I have the WORST SKIN EVER! Jeez I actually don't wanna leave the house and have people look at me!!! I have no idea why it is so bad I eat good food ok I have some treats but not as much as some and I exercise I just don't get it but all I know is I HATE it and am feeling awful about it...........I am actually glad Dale is away till next weekend cause I wouldn't want to see him looking like this! I know it sounds crazy and yes if he likes me for me and all that but its how I feel and I really don't want him to look at me : (

Ok rant over, I took no food photos today as I've been chilling after an early morning workout in the gym and training a couple of clients. I did however yesterday so here goes..........


I got up with plenty of time for breakfast before work at the shop. Our winter sale started so I needed a fuel filled breakfast! I had festive coconut oats with a chopped apple topped with superfood seeds

I wore my new crazy trousers to work, I love them!

We had a really busy morning and I finally got lunch around 2pm

For lunch I had some quinoa mixed with vegan pesto and mushrooms with a giant handful of salad leaves.

The day stayed busy which was fab and I ended the day 140% over my weekly target, go me!!!!!

For dinner I had steamed cabbage and carrot with soy balls! This was crazy filling!

After dinner I went to my friend Hannahs to catch up on the gossip and watch X Factor. Can I just say does everyone else agree that UK X Factor this year is CRAP! I watch the American one too and they put our contestants to shame!!!!!!!

Right I'm done need to feel sorry for myself a little more so night night, I hope you've had a fab weekend : )


Have you ever had bad skin, what do you do to control it?

Just over a week I will be 30 and I can't take this hideousness!!!!!!!


  1. I am so in love with your trousers! They are awesome :)

    I have suffered with bouts of acne, and I've posted about it on my Youtube channel, telling how I got rid of it finally (so check out alissaevelyn acne videos on YT) - but the biggest thing for me is to avoid any oil of any kind apart from coconut oil, and to eat more protein/fat.

    It's so disheartening, but you WILL get through it :)

  2. I love your trousers too! I can honestly say I always thought your skin looks amazing - in person and in all the photo's you post. I used to have bad keratois pilaris on my arms - aka chicken skin, and eating more good fats seems to have helped. Wish I could be more helpful!

    I suffer with bad skin which is mostly hormonal. I find the more natural the product i put on my face the better. If you put homemade skincare in google, you can make some really good face scrubs out of sugar and lemon etc, you will probably have most of the ingredients in your home already. Try a few for a week and see if there is an improvement.

    The spots probably are not as bad as they feel but trust me i know the feeling and it isn't nice. I also use mineral make up which helps as it does not block my skin - you can get it from e.l.f at a good cost. I hope your skin improves soon and you feel better x
