Yay To My Gym Session!

Morning!
I am saying hello no as there will be no time later and I have spare 5 minutes so here I am : )
My client canceled today's session so I took advantage and got my butt in the gym!!!!! Such a good session I did a circuit:

25 squats, 20 press ups, 20 shoulder press, 30 sec step ups, 20 dips, 20 lateral raises, 20 crunches, 20 hyper-extensions
x3
cross trainer 20 minute intervals
Abs: 30 reverse leg raises, 15 side plank raises each side, 15 sec 1 leg bridge each side, 30 knee tucks!

Done!

Breakfast was the same as yesterday : )

I steamed some veggies for lunch and.......

Mixed some soy mince with a vegan tom pesto

And I also plan to eat an apple n ginger nakd bar after!

  4. Ive never tried a Nakd bar before but I hear theyre pretty good! Whats your favorite flavor?

    Nothing to look forward to this or next week exept a bunch of homework and exams :(
