Fab Start to the Week

Good Evening!
I hope you've all had a fab start to the week, I know I have : )

I got up around 7.30am to have a filling breakfast a couple of hours before Bikram. I picked this new to me granola up the other day and decided to give it ago. I topped chopped apple with a soy vanilla and raspberry yogurt and a few spoonfuls of granola. Delicious! Yummy yummy in my tummy : )

I left my house just before half 9 to walk to class, its great living close to town it takes me ten minutes to walk to class so much better! I had a good sweat fest popped to some shops then walked home, hungry and in the need for lunch : )

I had a bowl of steamed veggies mixed with some tomato pesto and topped with 2 perfectly boiled eggs

Runny and very flavorsome!

I followed this with another apple topped with plain soy yogurt, coconut flour and a berry nakd bar! This was a great pud as you can imagine! I then spent the afternoon sorting the last of my boxes. I finally have a room free of clutter on the floor, and I have so much space! My last room was tiny at Hannahs can't quite believe how I fit all my stuff in?!

Around 4ish I had a yummy snack, rice cakes, tahini and blackcurrant jam. The jam is sweetened with grape juice so a lot better the average jam! Then at 5ish I hit the pavement for a run. I ran 3.5 miles and felt amazing, I have to try and take things slow with my running but its hard as its been so long and I love it but my legs do not! I'm hoping all the Bikram and sports massages will keep them strong which will in turn keep my legs running ready. I really want to sign up to the Hastings and Brighton half marathons next spring but I have to test the water with my running first : )

Back home and freshened up I made a giant green monster topped with a sprinkle of seeds with some rice cakes on the side.

I have a busy Tuesday coming up. I plan to go to Bikram at 7am and it looks like I'm going to be a drowned rat for that if the weather is anything to go by! Then after breakfast I'm heading to Hastings to train clients there. I am booked in for a hair trim too thank god as my hair is a right mess at the mo it needs the ends attacked!

Ok that's me see ya tomorrow hopefully x x x

Question:

Whats your Monday been like?
