Phew, a small break before I continue with the joy that is packing!
I am using the word joy with some sarcasm but I am sure you would have gathered that!
Its the big move tomorrow and I have still loads to pack and all my furniture needs to be taken apart.........a late night me thinks. I had to come say hi though, with lots of yummy eats and pretty photos for you to look at I thought it rude not too : )

Yesterday I left you after my Two Breakfast post to drive to Hastings. Once there I dropped in to see my papa for a much needed hang out and cuddle. He has been away so I haven't seen him for a few weeks, we chatted and hung out for a couple of hours then I popped to my fav health food store in town before heading to my sisters.

I got me and Jes a delicious lunch including this yummy kholrabi, so juicy and fresh!

Some yummy lentil sprouts, a giant lettuce

and a vegan veggie patty

A little drizzle of balsamic dressing and a small dollop of mayo finished the dish of nicely!

This was really scrummy, I'd defo buy another. It was spicy but just enough, not over powering or burning on the tongue, yum!

I also had a coffee and pecan nakd bar before going off to train my afternoon clients

My sister had some sausages that needed to be eaten so we had a real comfort food dinner:

Sausages, smash and veg! I loved this and so did my tummy

A while later I had a fruit salad topped with soy yogurt and cinnamon

I got up early drank a coffee and hit Hastings seafront for a beast of a workout!

Legs together squat 15
Squat to front kick 40
Wide leg squat 15
Squat to elbow to knee twist 40

Tricep press ups, tricep dips, wide push ups 15/12/10 sets of reps
Resistance band: front shoulder raise, bicep curl, row, side shoulder raise 15/12/10 sets of reps

Bike ab crunch 15, leg lower to scissors 15

3 mile run!!!!!

Got back to Jes's and made the biggest fruit salad for breakfast!

Apple, strawberries, grapes, soy yogurt, cinnamon and seeds, as well as another coffee

After breakfast I chilled for a while then went to town, grabbed some more nakd bars in the penny deal at Holland and Barrett then I was off to get my tattoo!

This explains the photo at the start of this post, I have a tattoo on my left wrist already, today I had a little addition to it and also had a another one done on my right wrist. OMG I have the prettiest wrists ever I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new tattoo its so cute. Don't worry I will reveal all in good time : )

I had to pop to Boots after I had been tattooed and with both wrists tapped up I was getting some "oh dear she's slashed her wrists" looks! If only they new I was concealing the most beautiful wrists!

I popped to Jes's before heading back to Brighton to make a yummy lunch, and get a little more time with my favorite kitty's!

I picked up another vegan delight for lunch, vegan veggie sausage roll!

Teamed with a fresh and delicious salad

Followed by a rice dream chocolate drink : )

I tore myself away for the pretty's and got on the road to home. I had to drive to the shop to pick up some more boxes then spent the afternoon packing, packing oh and packing!

The only thing left in the freezer was sausages! I needed to use them up before tomorrow's move but to be honest sausages for a second night in a row was no problem!

I had a giant sausage salad! So good, I'm loving the salads : )

For pudding I defrosted some raspberries and warmed them with some melted carob, topped with soy yogurt. Ooooooooo yum yum yum great pud!

Ok I gotta get back to the pack pack packing, I may have time to say hello tomorrow but no promises the move is gonna be stressful and god knows if I'll have time to post, have a nice Thursday if I don't x x x

What are looking forward to in September?

I feel crazy even writing that, but it is September tomorrow! I am looking forward to moving, getting to know my new housemates, seeing my mum and little sister, kitty sitting, blogger meet up and and and so much more : )

  1. Bit of a sausage fest ;) Sorry, couldn't resist!
Can't wait to see your tattoos, i have one on my wrist and i love it :)
    Hope the move goes well!

  2. I've always wanted a tattoo but I'm too much of a scaredy cat to go for one! I'd probably go for a wrist one too, if I had the chance, or the back of my shoulder perhaps...

That carob pudding looks to die for...although I could read your blog all day for the adorable kitty pictures alone :)

  3. Good luck with your move! I'm sure it will all be worth it.

Those furry babies are oh so cute :-)

Can't wait to see your tattoos! I am an extreme needle and vein phobe so could never get my wrists tattooed, I think you are very brave.

  4. Sausages are weird in Australia - I'm looking forward to eating proper ones back in the UK :)

    Those kittens are so adorable!

I hope the move goes well...

  5. Can't wait to see the tattoos! I want to get an other one too (once you start yuo kind of get addicted..).
I can't believe that it's already September! Time flies by! There's so much going on (yay! blogger meet-up! haha) I don't even know there to start..

  6. Can't wait to see the tattoo pics!

  7. Oooooh I can't wait for the wrist reveal!!! I think tattoos on wrists look so pretty!

I'm looking forward to my honeymoon this month- I've waited long enough for it :)
