A Good Start To The Week

Good afternoon!
I thought I'd pop by now as later I have to go and train a client so I will be back late.
Plus I plan an early Bikram session which means straight to bed when I get back!
I've been enjoying my Monday off, getting lots of things sorted not long and I can tell you what I've been up to and planning. I got the best news last night but my good news is unfortunately bad for someone else, so when I have broken it to them you'll be next to know promise, I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok enough lets get on with some food goodness............

My Bikram class didn't start till 10am so I had plenty of time for breakfast, I was up at 7ish to fill my belly. I made a smoothie but totally forgot to add my sun warrior protein! It was delicious all the same and surprisingly filling : )

In the mix: water, 1 banana, 1 peach, 1/4 ice burg lettuce, gums, stevia, ice

This was nice and settled by the time I got to class. I had a good session better than yesterday for sure, still got something going on with my leg though : (

I popped to the shops to get some much needed food bits then I went home to make lunch

Steamed veggies, sardines, mushrooms, red pepper pesto (vegan)

I also had an apple and some strawberries topped with soy yogurt and grounded seeds/berries

I've spent the afternoon sorting my accounts and also continuing with my other mission, hopefully tomorrow I can reveal all! Don't get too excited by the way, its exciting for me but you I am afraid its probably not!

After forgetting the sun warrior out of this mornings smoothie I feel the need to have one for din dins with it added! After getting my new blender I just want smoothies, smoothies smoothies!

I hope you have all had a fab start to your week, see ya tomorrow x x x

Do you ever worry about your blog post content just in case someone reads it, or do you keep some stuff secret from your blog identity?

I have to admit I'm pretty open on here, what you see/read is what you get. I tell you guys all the ins and outs of my world but sometimes I have to keep things at bay until they are out in the open this side of the screen!

  1. I wish I could do the whole 'smoothie in a bowl' thing but I just can't enjoy them! I dunno why cos smoothies in a glass are fab!

I am as honest as possible on my blog, by that I mean I always say what I'm really feeling and am true to myself, but I do keep some stuff back, it's nice to keep a few things private!

  2. I know that a lot of my friends and family read my blog, so I'm a little careful about what I say (i.e. I don't slag them off!), but otherwise I'm pretty open. My boyfriend likes the fact that he can keep tabs on me when we're apart ;-)

  3. Oooh I'm excited to hear this news!
I am honest on the blog and would never lie, but I also don't put everything out there - like certain friend/relationship stuff and things like that.

  4. Oooh I'm excited to hear this news!
I am honest on the blog and would never lie, but I also don't put everything out there - like certain friend/relationship stuff and things like that.

  5. I'm as open as a book on my blog, although as my family and friends all know about it I do have to keep a couple of really personal things back, and as you say sometimes you need to tell people things first before you can share them with the whole wide world! You have me very intrigued with your news!

  6. Awesome eats! I'm just me on my blog. I hope that comes across to my readers. I'm totally honest and up front about my feelings.

  7. Mmmmmmm smoothies! Love them! Especially in a bowl.

I know what you mean about the blog content, this is something I have actually been thinking about recently. I am training to be a primary school teacher, so there are some things that I'm going to need to think twice about posting, but generally want to be as open as possible.

Obviously if there are things that aren't out in the open on that side of the screen then of course it's understandable that you don't post them!

  8. Sometimes, I think I'm TOO honest. I've said a lot of things that are bold and brazen and I talk openly about my eating disorder. I also say words like "vagina" a yea, I hope my grandmother doesn't read it.
I'm the true essence of "what you see is what you get"

  9. I'm pretty open on my blog, and sometimes I prob reveal too much... like in yesterday's post, which the husband ended up reading. Not good. Excited to hear about your news!

  10. First time comment!

I'm pretty open on my blog, but then again I don't necessarily think anyone in real life tends to read it. I do keep private my address, workplace, etc, but in terms of personal life I'm pretty open. Ofcourse, this is easier since I lack a personal life at the moment :)

  11. I'm very open on my blog.. I always hope no-one from my 'real' life will find it as I'm so open about my ed and I try to keep that from most people in my real work life as I don't think they would understand yet bloggers are more understanding and there are a few who have also struggled so it seems more acceptable to be open about it... That big veggie bowl looks scrummy btw!
