Good Afternoon

Good afternoon or maybe its good evening by the time you get to read this post, either way I hope your having a good day?!

My day is going fabulously.
I woke up early to get a decent breakfast inside me with enough time for it to settle before Bikram........

And boy did I have a decent breakfast! This monster bowl included:

mesa sunrise flakes, cornflakes, fresh strawberries and blackberries, coconut and a sprinkle of sunflower seeds (some covered in chocolate!) topped with rice milk

This was a very yummy breakfast indeed!

A few hours later I made my way to yoga, I had a great class and after popped to Sainsburys to grab some ingredients for a surprise bring a dish lunch I am having tomorrow : )

Home and freshened up I made lunch. I topped grated carrot with some steamed broccoli and a tin of tuna mixed with spring onions, fresh basil, a dollop of mayo and a dollop of tomato pesto

Yum! This was a great filling lunch, I love fresh basil it makes a meal ten times better!

I have also enjoyed an ice coffee in the sun : )

I have the afternoon to myself then I am meeting a friend later to view a studio where we are hoping to start a an exercise group. I'm not sure when I'll be back so I thought I'd get a post in while I have the time : )

I am keeping my fingers crossed that the gorgeous sunshine stays for the rest of the week, month um year?!

Have a fab day x x x

Question:

Have you ever been/had a bring a dish party?

I've been to lots and hosted a few, I love them as there is always something yummy and new to try. I usually do a sweet and savory option but this time I am sticking with savory I'll share my dish with you in the next few days x x

  1. That breakfast looks pretty amazing. Your exercise group sounds so exciting too! I've never been to one of those groups, I think I'm going to have to start a circle of North East blogger friends who wouldn't mind the veggie eats!

  4. That breakfast is super duper colourful! I love it :)

I've been to a few bring a dish style things, but they tend to be really big parties where i don't hear any of my food being scrutinised! ♥

  5. Awww let us know how the studio's like asap! I think it's amazing that you're doing this. My flatmate works as a PT as well and her salary is sooooo crap, she basically lives of her savings. Doing your own stuff is definitely fab.

I've never been to a bring a dish party but they seem like such a great idea.

BTW missy.. let me know when you've got time for a meet-up!! I'm uber flexible on weekends. We should go to a yoga or fitness class together too! :)
