Dinner For Breakfast

Good afternoon here early as I wont be able to get my post done later.
Well its Monday again another work week another week closer to the half way point of the year!!!!!! Can you believe it? I certainly can't but I guess I probably should!

I was up early to get to the gym for my 7am client today. I decided to start my day a little differently and have dinner for breakfast! I needed something filling and with some boiled eggs in the fridge I thought "why not?" I had steamed carrots and beans in a tom sauce topped with 2 boiled eggs and it was delicious as well as really filling!

After training a couple of clients I ate an apple before heading off to get my spot in the yoga room.

90 minutes Bikram yoga class

I got freshened up at back at the gym then made my way back home for a smoothie lunch:

1 scoop strawberry soy protein, 1tsp udo oil, sprinkle of stevia, 2 tbsp oats, soft tofu, the gums, 2 big handfuls of spinach, frozen berries and ice

Wow tummy filler! Now this quick post before heading back to the gym. I'm also currently listening to a mixed CD my date made me, he has good taste in music and totally gets what I like its a pretty damn good CD. Well done the boy : )

Ok time to get sorted so I shall love ya and leave, hope you've had a good start to the week!

Question:

Do you ever have dinner for breakfast?

Who ever said that cereal and sugary things were the norm for breakfast? Not me so I'm breaking the rules!

  2. I am not a fan of dinner for breakfast, but then people have cooked breakfasts and stuff, and that is basically a dinner. I would more likely have breakfast for dinner as I love breakfast! :)

  4. I don't do it that way but I do have breakfast for dinner quite often. Like today I had a really big lunch out so had toast and a green smoothie for dinner. I think it's something that is easier to do when you just have to cook for yourself. If I had a family they would probably object to a bowl of cereal for their main meal!
