Lots Of Goodness!

Hello, are we all ok?
I have been crazy busy, working and catching up with my sister after her holiday to California. This is a picture heavy post as I've been MIA since Wednesday! But as always I'm going to take you back in time to see what I've been up to and what has been passing the lips.............

My day started with a walk to work and then I trained some clients before heading to work at the furniture shop. I ate breakfast there, muesli with grapes and soy milk.

It was quite, I was bored........

I trained a client after work no.2 and then went to Bikram : )

Wow I had the best breakfast Friday. I haven't had porridge for ages and had the urge for a hot breakfast so I made up some quinoa, oats and banana in kara coconut milk for a thick porridge and topped with with coconut flour mixed with water and seeds. SO GOOD!

I walked to the gym and trained clients in the morning then walked back home and drove to Hastings. I went to my sisters to say HELLO and hear about her holiday. We popped out to the health food shop to grab lunch.........

Organic leaves and sprouts with a vegan quinoa + millet burger thing. It was delicious! I also had a pear with soy yogurt. After lunch we went to our friend Judith's to visit her new kittens!

So cute!

I trained a client n the afternoon then me, Judith and my sis Jes had the best salad for dinner before heading off round to another friends. I had a fab evening catching up with Jes and the girls : )

My lovely sister bought me some amazing goodies from state side!

Look at all the goodness!

Oh yeah I think some baking will be on its way!

Thank you Jes, your the best!

I drove home this morning early and when I got home I devoured another bowl of delicious porridge and coconut flour : )

Man this is a tropical bowl of wonderful! Banana and coconut yum!
After breakfast I got the bus in to job no.2 as I was running very late!

Lunch was a raw chickpea salad topped with hummus

Followed by..........

Yes how could I resist?

Peanut butter and chocolate is always a winner!

After work I came home to a parcel in the post. So once dinner (veggies in vegan pesto and a dollop of mash) and a green monster pudding was eaten I opened it...........
