Hey hey what's up? Have ya had a good Thursday?
I have! It turned out to be a day off, which is always good right? Before I tell you about my day I must tell you about some goodies I was sent the other week, I hadn't had time to post but as I have been off today I thought I better let you in on my goods!

Look what the lovely peeps over at Plamil's sent me!

I have tried the carob bar and its delicious! Melt in your mouth delicious! If you haven't tried it and your a carob lover like me get a bar you wont be disappointed!

Right onto today, I did have to go into the gym and meet a client for 9.30am but for me that was late which meant plenty of time to make breakfast.............

I had a green/pale pink monster for breakfast

In the mix: water, 2 tsps coconut flour, 1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder, 1 banana, 1 c frozen berries, maca, green tea capsule, c of ice, gums. I topped my monster with coconut, chia, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame and linseeds - YUM

After breakfast I walked to work had my meet then got my training head on:

30 minutes PHA circuit + Abs
30 minute treadmill run - just under 3 miles
90 minute Bikram class

When I got home I was ravenous! I inhaled a rice cake and peanut butter before my shower, then made lunch. Thick rice noodles with the last of my green lentils, steamed veggies and hummus.

Perfect and just what I needed : )

With some RomComs at the ready I had the urge to feed my sweet tooth

PJ's on dvd ready and chocolate. I had a good afternoon!

For dinner I made soup! Its been ages since I have had time to make a soup. Boy am I happy this is back in my life! I made butternut squash and swede soup and it was delicious!

Followed by coconut and chocolate protein ice cream : o

I am knackered! Looking forward to a good nights sleep, I may get up and go to the gym and train before my first clients or I might save it for after my last in the evening not sure yet I'll see how I feel at 5am tomorrow morning!

Do you like rice noodles or do you favor egg/wheat?

I have always preferred rice thin thick any which way but they gotta be rice : )

  2. I'm lovin the chocolate love. RAWR is amazing!! I have a bar of Plamils chocolate that I have yet to open. Your goodies all look great!

  3. I generally prefer rice noodles but recently soba and mung bean noodles have been my favourite! Enjoy the plamils!
