Pleasure + Pain

Well I'm finding the 'just photo lunch' a lot easier and its only been 2 days!
Ooops before I forget how are you all?! How has your Tuesday been?
Mine has been A OK long but good.

I started my day at 5.30am when I got up to get to my early yoga class which was at 7. It was really good to get my practice in early plus there was only 5 of us which meant plenty of room and mirror space for all. I'm definitely going to the early session on Thursday too.

I went back to the gym to shower and freshen up before my first client and once I had finished I walked home which is a good 30 minutes. It was lovely the sun was shining and it felt good to be soaking up some much needed vitamin D!

Once I got home it was lunch time!

And what a delicious lunch it was!

Quinoa, quorn mince, steamed broccoli, sprouts and beans all mixed up with the last of mu cashew pesto.

Nom nom nom............

Before heading back to work I also had an apple topped with soy yogurt, cinnamon and superfood mix........perfect : )

After lunch I went back to the gym for an amazing sports massage. Pleasure and PAIN come to mind but I so needed it and my back feels so much better! If you have had a sports massage you know what I mean if you haven't and you have a knotted body I highly recommend it, if you can handle the heat that is!

I have scheduled myself the day off tomorrow and I can't wait! The only thing I plan to do is walk down the doctors which is about 10 minutes away and join up. The rest of the day is up for grabs but to be honest I think a pyjama day is in order!

I am ready to start the wind down for a good nights sleep so I shall say toodle loo dear readers until tomorrow x x x


Do you have pyjama days?

I used to have them a lot more but these days I barely have time to think or sleep so pyjama days are definitely not top of the list!

  2. I am so in need of a pj day, I think I'm going to try and make this Sunday one, my god I really need it at the moment!

  3. I dont like PJ days. I like the idea of them, but then I get fed up and antsy and want some fresh air so I get dressed, normally around 10am! Haha I am rubbish at them!

  4. Are pyjama days where you don't get dressed?

    Can't say I have them if they are, but there are, in winter, days where I want to dress in t-shirt, pyjama trousers and dressing gown when I get back after a meeting. Typically when its dark and windy outside.

    (Read no further if of a nervous disposition)

    Normally I don't wear anything in bed, even in winter, as I get too hot.

  5. Also a pajama day lover! Don't get them as often as I'd like though haha.. Does getting dressed, running and returning to pjs count?
