Lunch........

Hey thanks everyone for your kind words you all make my day : )
Just to mention the coconut water again if you want to try it I suggest popping into Holland and Barrett they sell the good stuff!

I am still tired so this will be a brief visit with only 2 photos! Yes I find the one time I can actually take time over my food is lunch which means lunch is what you'll see for a while. I hope it doesn't become boring for you! When I have time I will obviously take other photos but for now lunch is what you'll see : )

I started the day early, getting to the gym to train my first client. After her session I had a little exercise (all I had time for!)

20 minutes spin
20 minutes summit trainer

Then I freshened up and made my way to job number 2.

The shop was quiet so when 1pm came round I was pretty glad to get lunch!
Quinoa, cashew pesto (vegan), steamed broccoli, sprouts and raw mushrooms.
Lunch was delicious! I also had some raw veggies and an apple in the afternoon before going back to the gym for another client.

I'm now tucked up in bed ready to start winding down. I am up early to go to Bikram then train a client. I'm having a sports massage tomorrow and I can't wait!

Have a fab Tuesday x x

Question:

Do you have sports massages?

Mine is gonna be painful but its so needed my shoulders are like iron rods!

  3. Your lunch looks like my kind of thing, I'm all about the carb+veggie combo with some protein on the side. Enjoy the sports massage!

  4. I've never had a sport's massage, but I'd really like one as my shoulders, legs, arms (my whole body really!) gets very tight.
I had a massage when I was in China that really got deep into my muscles. I couldn't walk for a few days after that ... but I'm sure it did me good - I had another one a few weeks later so it can't have been that bad!

  5. Yep, when training is tough I do think a massage helps keep things loose. I'm planning on another 2 or 3 in the next 11 weeks leading up to Paris.

  8. I'm planning on treating myself to a sports massage next month as the sports clinic at my gym has a special offer on. I am slightly scared, but I reckon a bit of deep tissue massage on my legs is just what's needed to get them ready for my half marathon training.

  9. The quinoa and pest sound delicious.
I've never had a sports massage. I'm afraid if I did they would notice how tense I am and it would just hurt after that.
