Another LONG Day

Wow its late, I've had a long LONG day again! Can't believe we only have 4 days left of January!!!!!! This month has flown by right?

My Thursday started at 5.30am when I got up to get sorted before yoga:

90 minutes Bikram

I speed walked up to the gym to have a hot shower and drop my stuff off then I made my way to job number 2. Once there I ate a strawberry and coconut uber bar and a tiny apple. Before heading out this morning I had a couple of oat cakes and peanut butter, I woke up really hungry so fueled up before my yoga session!

Lunch: quinoa, pesto, raw peppers and mushrooms

I had some raw almond and cocoa butter on a rice cake too x3!!!!!
My appetite has been off the scale today I ate enough peanuts and raisins in the afternoon I could have turned into either!

I have an early start as always tomorrow, I'm off to Hastings to train my ladies and also see Wayne its his Birthday. I'll be staying at my dads so no post tomorrow and I may not be checking in till Sunday but who knows!?

Night x x

Any weekend plans?

I may even be venturing out Saturday!

  1. Something for the weekend?

Definitely on the list will be cooking something on Saturday morning; taking the youngest to gymnastics and swimming in the afternoon; 17 mile run Sunday morning and (possibly) a few miles walking in the Yorks Dales in the afternoon (depending on legs).

  2. This month has been mega quick. In fact since the bad weather in November the weeks seem to be flying past!

  3. I'm making cupcakes for my Dad's and Sisters birthday, seeing my friends and then I have a night out for my hubbys leaving do at work, so quite a busy one! Hope you have a fab weekend x

  4. Yay for weekend plans! I am going for a run (11 miles is the plan), baking a cake for Andy's Dad's birthday, maybe making some cereal bars too, and catching up on TV :)

  5. January is flying by - I don't want to wish time away, but I am looking forward to some warmer weather.
Off on my hols this weekend -yippee! Hope you have a brilliant weekend

  6. I can't believe you work two jobs - crazy! I don't have any plans for the weekend at the moment. We'll probably just chill out.

  7. Awww I've missed you and your blog! The down side of travelling is that there's never enough time to write posts, answer e-mails and check other people's blogs. Oh well.. you can't have all in life.
I hope you had a fabulous time in Hastings! Did you throw Wayne a party?
