MR MOTIVATOR!

I don't have time to do a full post but I wanted to ask you guys something. I was given Mr Motivators new fitness dvd to review, its not out till January so I jumped at the chance! The review will be posted shortly. I was also asked if I would be interested in interviewing him, urrrrrrrrrr I THINK SO! I obviously jumped at the chance, who wouldn't, right?! Friday is the day sweet readers that I shall be doing a phone interview with Mr Motivator but never having done this I'm turning to you...........

Questions:

Have you ever interviewed anyone, do have any tips?

I have not

Do you have a question you would like me to ask?

The more the better peeps!

  1. Eek! I haven't really done an interview and I don't know who MM is? The modern day Richard Simmons? I live in a cave, obvi! :-)

Hope you're doing well sweetie- I'm terribly behind on my reading- miss you!

  2. Woah throwback to the 80's! How funny! No idea of any questions though- maybe look in some fitness mags for some generic fitness questions?

  3. Wow, I got that email and passed, I wish I hadn't now! Can't believe you will be speaking to the man himself! I would be interested to know what his favourite kind of exercise is - gym cardio, weights, DVD's, running etc, what does he think is the most effective for weight loss? Hope that helps!

  5. Haha that outfit is hilarious!
That interview sounds so exciting!! Well I've done a couple of phone interviews for work and in my experience it's absolutely important to be well prepared, to have all questions written down. Keep it light and easy and remember.. you're both passionate about working out so there's no need to be ultra nervous :).

  7. What a legend!
I have to interview slightly-famous people quite a bit for my job and usually, they're the easiest because they want the publicity!
If all else fails, ask my never-fail question: "So for someone who doesn't know your work, how would you describe it?"
I always used to use that on obscure bands no one had ever heard of - my colleagues loved it :-)
    Good luck!

  8. OMG!!!! That's amazing!

Will you ask him for motivation tips. How to fit in exercise when life is busy and stressful? More specifically, how to get your head in gear to do so. For me it's defo a mind over matter problem. Thanks :)
