November Goals

Hey hey, how ya doin? Good weekend?
Mine has been busy, which I guess you realised with me not being around. Saturday was packed with clients and I ended up doing 2 hours of the spin session which was fun, I spent I evening in. I watched X Factor then hit the hay ready to get up early Sunday.

I woke really early on Sunday and hour too early as I forgot to change the clock! It actually worked out quite well because I was up and ready for an early drive to Brighton meaning the roads were nice and clear : )

I got to Brighton grabbed a coffee from starbucks the usual americano, soy milk and SF Hazelnut, love it! Then after hanging out with Tara (another PT) for the morning I had a practice run through of my spin routine teaching Tara. She loved it! This has given me a bit of a boost. I have another cd to practice today and hopefully we are going through this one too and then I'll be able to cover some classes! Exciting : )

I woke up today and did one of Davina DVD's

30 minutes of pump
30 minutes cardio box

I then made a yummy breakfast:

1/2 c oats
1/2 c soy milk + 1/2 c water
3 Tbsp egg whites
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 grated apple
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

November Goals:

Lose weight:

No nut butters for the month
3 meals + 2 snacks + 1 protein smoothie a day (that's it!)
Reduce sugar to fruit only - no more than 2 pieces a day
Drink 2 ltrs of water a day - at least!

Try to workout in the morning 30/60 minutes before breakfast - 4-5 x week
3 resistant sessions a week in gym
run 2 x 30 minutes - 1 x 40
spin - as many as I can fit in!

Weigh myself every Saturday to keep on track
(me and Tara took our stats yesterday NOT GOOD!)

Well there we have it, I need to trim down so the hard work must begin, its my birthday on the 29th of this month and I wanna look good!

Have a good day I gotta run x x

What are your November goals?

You know mine tell me yours x x

  1. I will posting my goals for November tonight. I really need to knuckle down. But I agree with about cuting down the nut so sad! =(

  2. My november goal is to drink a green smoothie every day! I also have a bunch of business goals, but I won't bore you with them :)

  3. Great goals, I think you have a really good plan for action there! My goals are to try and keep up with my current training plan, change up my HIIT sessions, eat more wholegrains and reduce my dairy consumption a bit.

  4. My November goal: LOSE WEIGHT FATTY! ;)

  5. TAM.. it is national peanut butter lover's month! EEK.

Those are some great goals :)

  6. Fun to get more spin teaching in!

My goals: the first 22 days I need to try to get back on track with better eating. Exercise has sadly been on hold for days (TOTALLY UNLIKE ME) as I've been getting a cold (it hasn't totally arrives, but it's dragging me down_).

    Have a great week!

  7. November goals... I'd like to lose a few pounds, too. But besides that I guess my goals are the same as they are every month - get more work!
