Punishing Quad Workout!

Hello, its Monday again well whats left of it.
Wow today has been a long day I didn't get off the train till 9.30pm which is not great. The station I go to is not very desirable in daylight let alone in the dark! I actually got up early and drove my car down to the station to make sure I got a space close by then walked home which was a good start to the day.

Weekend eats above my tongue has been food loving!

Today's breakfast:
1/2 c oats, 1/2 c water, 1/2 c soy milk, 1 apple chopped, maca + peanut butter

After breakfast I had a my Hastings client. Its really handy that she lives about 2 minutes from my house. We had a great session and I'm pretty sure she enjoyed it : )

After sorting lunch and my bag I walked to the train station just making my train! I ate another apple on my way to Brighton

I spent the morning handing out my C.V and decided a coffee was needed to fuel me.
I'm in need of another part time job as its taking a lot longer than I thought to build up my clients. So I am looking for another part time job hopefully in Brighton then I can move! There is a girl that works at the gym who has a room for rent and at great price, I'm hoping to go and view the room soon as possible : )

Walking round got my tummy rumbling. My lentil curry/stew was a welcomed tummy filler. I also had some quinoa, such a good combo!

I had a fab workout in the afternoon:

warm up - 15 minutes cross trainer - intervals

1 minute step ups + shoulder press
30 seconds sat against the wall holding medicine ball
30 seconds bosu lunges each leg
30 seconds trx one legged squat
bicep curls on up turned bosu ball
trx row

25 minutes treadmill - intervals

My quads were screaming at the end of this workout!

For dinner I had raw veggies and oat cakes plus some pea protein chocolate protein ice cream which was delicious : )

Time for bed me thinks night all x


Favorite way to drink coffee?

I hate to admit it but I am loving an americano, soy milk and SF hazelnut syrup so good!

  2. I'm with you- love an americano and soy milk but haven't tried the hoazelnut syrup. Have you tried Starbucks sachets of ground coffee you use like instant? They're amazing! Highly recommend x Good luck with CVs, fingers-crossed you'll find something x

  4. I don't particularly like coffee, but Costa make me a fab soy milk chai latte minus the coffee...YUM! Good Luck with the job hunt!

  5. So here's how it goes: I'll come down to Brighton in march, hire you as my super personal assistant so we can sing Hurts songs at the top of our lungs while working out like maniacs. Deal? ;) (Oh I forgot.. could you also become my personal cook? Thankyouverymuch! :)).

    ps: coffee! I got obsessed with Starbucks' Pike Place Roast while in the States. I have NO idea why as it's plain old coffee.. but it's delish!
