Feeling Better : )

Happy Monday!
Well I hope your Monday has been a happy one? Mine has I'm feeling a lot more comfy in my new gym and have finally plucked up the courage to get out and talk to people offering complimentary session so its all good : )

I'm feeling a lot better today and new I could do with some much needed energy for breakfast. Vanilla protein oats with banana and almond butter A-Mazing!

My breakfast gave the fuel I needed for my first session with my morning client. I was doing fitness tests and boxing today as well as some toning exercises. She loved it which was cool.

I spent the morning printing flyers then got on the train to Brighton.......

I had half my lunch on the train before I got to the gym. Lunch was brown rice, raw veggies, tuna and sesame oil, yum!

I also had some mule energy : )

At the gym:

10 minutes cross trainer to warm up
PHA Training 50 minutes
Planks on bosu ball
Twists with medicine ball
35 minutes spinning

This was a workout and a half, loved it!

I ate the rest of my lunch and an apple after my session, then had a client at 5. I left the gym at 7 to get the train and ate some rice cakes and peanut butter to get home : )

Quick dinner, 2 boiled eggs, 2 ryvita with soy spread + steamed veggies in sundried tomato sauce. Really quick and really delicious : )

I made some chocolate protein mousse for pud......

..........and topped with a few raisins and carob chips

I'm real tired so I'm gonna call it a night. I have an appointment with the osteopath in the morning and another day of selling myself on the gym floor! Night x x

Question:

Carob or Chocolate?

I'd take carob over milk or white chocolate any day but dark chocolate I don't think can ever be replaced its just tooooooo good!

  6. So glad to hear its going well :) And that you're already developing a client base- fantastic! You do a great job eating well with portable meals & a busy schedule. I am the same way- I like carob better than milk chocolate, but like dark chocolate best

  8. I do not like carob...at all. Maybe I just haven't had it in the right dish?

It must be difficult walking around and selling your services to people. I don't think I could do it. Too much extraversion required.

  9. So glad you're feeling better! And well done for stepping out and approaching people at the gym. That would make me nervous too. But, if it's any help, I love it when the instructors at my gym just come up to me for a chat and see how things are going. It motivates me and makes me feel great :) I'm full of cold at the mo and am desperate for a session at the gym but it's probably not a good idea...

    Happy Wednesday! x
