Wind + Rain

Its ok I'm still alive over here just crazy busy!
Hope your all ok? I have so many photos and as its late already I shall leave the big post for tomorrow. I'm also really tired which would mean even more spelling mistakes than usual! So I shall leave you with this collection of photos from food that I ate Saturday night and Sunday morning..............

One thing I have to tell you is about my fabulous run I had earlier,
(I'm pretty sure thats why I'm so tired!)

20 minute fast run to seafront (wind + rain)

20 step ups, 20 step jumps
12 lunges each leg, 20 squats
10 press ups, 10 tricep dips
1 min plank
x2

slow jog along seafront every bench = alternate press ups + tricep dips

20 minute run up hill to home

wow it was a killer but I loved it!

P.S Thank you for all your congrats and its good to know I'm not the only one that loves the lashes!

Question:

Would you run in the wind and rain?

I don't generally but it was dry when I left, it wasn't so bad though quite refreshing in fact. I used to run whatever the weather even hail but these days I'm not sure I would.........

  4. Sounds like a fantastic workout! I really like running in the rain, as long as it's not pouring too crazy.

  5. I don't really like running in the wind and rain, especially if I have the option to use the gyms treadmill instead!
