Spinning = : )

I think I fell a sleep as soon as I hit the pillow last night, I was so tired! I actually slept in till 8am which is so unlike me. I obviously needed though after my boozey weekend I still hadn't caught up.

I made a filling breakfast of creamy oats with a small apple, almond butter and chia seeds

This was so filling and kept me going till I got my lunch at 3.30pm!

My wrap was a perfect tummy filler

This was filled with chicken, hummus, peppers and spinach

Followed by a brownie with almond butter : )

I had a delicious bowl of homemade aubergine and sweet potato soup

with beets and a slice of rye bread and tahini on the side.

I actually went to a spin lesson tonight! That is the first time since December when I hurt my back! I loved every second of the 45 minute lesson and can't wait to go back for more! My back is a little sore but nothing to bad whoop whoop!

When I got home I refueled with a raspberry chocolate protein smoothie soup and pumpkin seeds.

I'm thinking of getting up early and going to the gym in the morn but I might catch up on some more sleep. I don't have to work till 11am so who knows!?

Questions?

Do you work a 9 till 5 or shifts?

I do shifts usually but from the 23rd I'm going to be doing 5 days a week 9-5.30, boring!
More money though I suppose!

Whats your idea of the perfect workout?

Mine has to be a good hour of kickboxing, I love it and am hopefully having a private lesson this coming Thursday! Yay : )

  2. Hi Tam.

I'm afraid to say I've only been to a spin class once! But it was pretty exhilarating!

I don't currently work 9-5 shifts but I have in the past.

My perfect workout is YOGA!! I love it! It really works for me so well.

That raspberry-chocolate smoothie soup looks amaizing! What's in it?

I love oats for breakfast! Chia seeds I find are okay if I don't put too many in otherwise its crunch city!

Btw thought you might like to know I have a giveaway running on my blog at the moment if you would like to enter :)

Also I emailed you a while ago, just wondering if you got my email?

    Take care,

    Michelle.

I work from 8-4 and I only get a 30 min lunch. Whoo hoo.

My ideal workout is Body Attack! I 'm addicted.

  4. I work 9-5 too which suits me well. Starting at 9 is like sleeping in over here!
The perfect workout would be a great yoga class or a fun trail run. Kickboxing sounds like fun though. I did Teakwon-do for 3 years when I was a teenager and loved it.
