Twice as Nice

Yay! Finally some photos! Ok so this is Monday's and Tuesday's tasty delights......

Monday I had pancakes with - 1/4 cup quinoa, 1 egg, soya milk and water, raisins, macca,
yogurt and tahini. This was so good and kept me going till a 2pm lunch

Tuesday was basically the same but with carob and chia seeds!

Snacks have been apples and soya beans. I was told by the doc to eat more soya beans so like
a good girl I have!

Monday - soup, rice cakes with vegan cream cheese and apple.

Tuesday - salmon steak, soya beans, pepper, spinach and a tsp of walnut oil, this was the best lunch I really enjoyed this bad boy!

Monday - salmon steak, roasted veg topped with a tomato and soya bean sauce. Yep so good!

Tuesday - soup with added veg and a side of rice cakes with tahini.

Monday - soya yog with carob, raisins and walnuts.

Tuesday - soya yog, coconut, raisins and walnuts.

So as you can see some delish eats. I gotta run as work beckons : (
