Another week gone!

Can you believe its Sunday already! I'm getting rather excited because a week today at this time I shall be one my way to London for the Diet and Fitness show! I really can't wait, looking over the
programme I was sent it looks like its gonna be a fab day!

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that has a fetish for bad TV, you know who you are! hehehe

Onto breakfast. Today I had a breakfast that Debs from Smoothie Girl Eats Too would be proud of. It was a Sunday smoothie soup and this bad boy tasted delish!


In the mix:
1/4 cup low lacto milk, 1/4 cup soya milk, 3/4 cup water
1 scoop of rice protein, 1 banana
2tsp organic cocoa powder
guar gum, xanthan gum
dash of almond essence, 1tsp perfect sweet
8 ice cubes
topped with a handful of trail mix

YUM, YUM, YUM!

This was a gooooooood breaky, I also had a boiled egg before my smoothie so an
all round health kick to start my Sunday. Right I have to go to work now so I shall say farewell and wish you all a fab day x

Mine has got to be the one above it really was delish!

  1. I love smoothies that have pineapple in them. This smoothie soup idea is a new concept for me. Maybe I'll give it a whirl some time soon.

  3. Oh my dear, I am so proud of you! Love the bubbles. Bet if you sprinkled just a TAD more of each of the gums you might get even more volume (think: get out your casserole dish! :-) ) Glad you did this- did it fill you up? How was the show?

  4. PS My fave smoothie is my go-to- PB&J: Rhubarb (yeah right, the "J"??), berries, PB, XG, GG, Water ice, Crystal light in raspberry ice flavor, protein powder, almond extract and PB torani in sugarfree. Sooo good.
