No yogurt!? What?

Yes its true there is no yogurt on my breakfast! Today my breakfast definitely didn't need it,
it was a taste sensation without!

In the mix:

1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 cup soya milk + 1/2 cup water
4 dates chopped
tbsp ground linseeds
tsp maca + cinnamon
banana
topped with homemade almond butter

YUMMY! This was a good start to the day, I have to type up my 3rd and 4th assignment today
and I also have a 2hr driving lesson this afternoon which I'm actually looking forward to!
This time I really can't wait to be able to drive, come January I will be buying a car so my dad
can rake me out as well as having lessons. My own car wow exciting!

I also wanna fit some exercise in today I'm being drawn towards my toning dvd and another
which is not decided yet hmmmmmmm........

My internet wasn't working properly last night so I have some blog reading to do first, I
love so many of your blogs and seeing your healthy ways I gotta get my reading in!

  3. Quinoa is lovely, it has quite a strong taste but not being able to eat oats I had to find an alternative a girl needs a hot breakfast ya know!?
