This is me x

About 6 years ago I was diagnosed with having yeast, candida and also a dairy intolerance so eating became a real challenge. I changed to a healthy fresh all natural diet, which was hard I can tell you! Once my body was free from candida eating became a little easier but I am still sensitive to many foods, such as pulses, white sugar, sweeteners and many more! Luckily I love to eat natural foods and make everything from scratch. Knowing everything that is in my food really helps.

Unfortunately in the this last year I have not been having such a great time. Not only do I have problems with food sensitivities but I have hormone abnormalities which doesn't help with keeping my weight at bay. This as well as an awful job rut has led me to put on just over a stone in the last year. Recently I have started to follow some food blogs such as carrots and cakes (my personal favorite), live eat run and kath eats real food they have inspired me to start my own. I hope by sharing my healthy living lifestyle it will not only help me to loose weight but will help me to air my feelings and get me back to the happy place I once was.

So welcome to my space I hope you will enjoy coming on this journey with me. Any comments will be much appreciated. If you have any question on Nutrition I would be happy to answer, I am not a registered nutritionist but I do have a diploma in the subject so maybe able to help.
