Super Super Breakfast

I started my day with an hour of yogalates. I definitely needed it today, I have a challenging day ahead.

My super food breakfast contained

GF porridge mix
soyamilk/water
ground linseeds + cacao nibs
soya yogurt + pomegranate + toasted pumkin seeds!

Super Super Healthy!
